At Feymus, we ensure you love every purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an Easy Returns & Exchanges process. Please take a moment to read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Law and our terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
1.1 Change of Mind:
- You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Change of mind returns are subject to approval and may incur a return shipping fee.
1.2 Faulty or Defective Items:
- If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:
- Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
3.1 Step 1: Contact Us
- Email us at [[email protected]] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- For faulty items, include photos or a description of the issue.
3.2 Step 2: Receive Approval
- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).
3.3 Step 3: Package and Ship
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in your return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1 Change of Mind:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4.2 Faulty or Defective Items:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
5. Refunds
5.1 Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
5.2 Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.3 Partial Refunds:
- If only part of your order is returned, we will refund the amount for the returned item(s) only.
6. Exchanges
6.1 Availability:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6.2 Process:
- Follow the same return process outlined above.
- Include a note with your preferred exchange item(s) and size/colour preferences.
7. Australian Consumer Law
7.1 Consumer Guarantees:
- Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
7.2 Statutory Rights:
- This Returns & Exchanges Policy does not limit or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
